North Texas GIG was formed to address the growing need of Celiac Disease (CD), Dermatitis Herpetiformis (DH) and Gluten Intolerance support and education of people in the Fort Worth/Dallas area.  The group consists of both adults with CD, DH, and Gluten Intolerance and parents of children who are afflicted with one of these diseases.
